Delete your CityPare account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the web.

In the app or on the web

Open CityPare and sign in with your email.
Tap your name (or Account) at the top.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your email address, your name, your home city, every city and matchup you saved, and your sign in. It happens right away and cannot be undone.

Anonymous usage counts (which cities get compared) are kept, because they never contained anything that identifies you.

Prefer to ask by email?

Email balenti@live.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my CityPare account". It is deleted within 7 days and you get a reply when it is done.
